Updates Coming to Mobile and Online Banking Sept. 15

Users of Online and Mobile Banking will see an updated user interface beginning on September 15. Users should be able to easily locate any functions that have moved but important changes are highlighted below. A full list and diagram of the changes is available here. The Help item in the main navigation area is also available when using Online Banking. 

Overall changes

In addition to changes to the default layout, the new systems provide enhanced options for customization including renaming and re-ordering accounts, and the ability to choose which accounts are displayed. Changes made in Online Banking will appear in Mobile Banking as well. 

Online Banking changes

  • Within Online Banking, the appearance and functionality of the Accounts list have changed.
  • The Calculator and Calendar are gone and have been replaced with quick-link buttons to Bill Pay, 3Point Pay, Internal GECU Account Transfers, and Zelle.®
  • Links to Money Management's Budget and Spending functions are now separate.
  • Several main navigation items have moved.

Mobile Banking changes

Changes to the Mobile Banking app appear only on the Accounts screen. The order and names of the accounts shown can be changed through the Online Banking program. For each account, there is now a Show More option which displays additional details about the account.
