It’s easy to get started.
Install the app on your phone (Wallet is already loaded on iOS devices) and enter your card details once (or snap a photo of your card). Then call us to verify your card information at 800.992.8472, Monday–Friday, 9:00am–4:00PM EST, and you’ll be all set for safer spending.

You’ll need to enroll in online banking first to get started, then download our free mobile app on your Android® or Apple® device.

Then:

  1. Log on to your GE Credit Union account on your mobile app
  2. Select Deposit from the mobile banking menu
  3. Endorse the back of your check
  4. Snap a picture of the front in the guides provided on screen
  5. Click OK when you’ve captured both sides
  6. Then fill out the amount and account fields to complete the deposit

Taking precautions to protect yourself and your money is important to you—and us. Protect your personal information with GE Credit Union’s eStatements.

They’re:

  • Safe. Protected with a password-protected page
  • Convenient. Print them (or don’t print them) at your convenience
  • Good for the environment. Saves on paper and excess waste

It's easy to sign up for eStatements. Here's how:

  1. Log in to Online Banker and select eStatements from the top menu.
  2. Read and accept the Electronic Statement Disclosure.
  3. Complete the required information and then click I AGREE.

That's it, you're done!

You'll stop getting paper statements in about 45 days. Instead, each month you will receive and email notification when your eStatement is ready for viewing online.

Zelle® is a fast, safe, and easy way to send money directly between almost any bank accounts in the U.S., typically within minutes.1 With just an email address or United States mobile phone number, you can send money to people you trust, regardless of where they bank.2

To send money using Zelle, simply add a trusted recipient's email address or United States mobile phone number, enter the amount you'd like to send and an optional note, review, then hit "Send." In most cases, the money is available to your recipient in minutes.1

(Zelle is NOT available for international transactions, including accounts based in Puerto Rico.)

There are limits on the amount of money you can send using the Zelle Network. The Standard Daily Limit is $1,000 and the Standard Monthly Limit is $4,000. If you wish to increase your limits please contact Member Services at 800-992-8472.

With our innovative 3Point Pay system, you can securely pay your GE Credit Union loans from an account at your other financial institution.

3Point Pay is a flexible system that lets you use it the way you want. Make payments immediately, schedule them for a future time, or set up recurring payments! Set up an account and save your information for future use or make a quick payment as a guest. All you need is your debit or credit card, or the routing and account number from your other financial institution.

Access this system for free online or by calling 866.590.9721. If you’d like to use 3Point Pay to make a payment while in one of our branches or via the phone with a GE Credit Union representative, there will be a $5 fee per payment.
