If you are currently using CALL 24, you are able to login using your account number as your username and CALL 24 PIN as your password. You will then be prompted to set up a new username and password.

If you are not using CALL 24, call 800.992.8472 to sign up for Online Banker and receive a username and password.

What PIN do I use to access Online Banker?
You must use your current CALL 24 PIN along with your account number. If you do not have one, please contact your local branch or call Member Services at 800.992.8472.

Will Online Banker show up-to-date balances?
Yes. GE Credit Union Online Banker will show current loan and share balances.

Does Online Banker have loan history?
Yes. You will be able to see what current balances are as well as previous transactions on your accounts.

Financial Tools

  • VISA Account Access: View your GE Credit Union VISA account transactions, past statements, and payment information within Online Banking - just one login! Click on your VISA account listing on the Accounts page to get started.
  • Online Check Reordering: Found under the “Online Services” tab inside your Online Banking account; you can preview changes to your check image and font style before ordering. Use the starting number and unique Reorder Identification Number, both found on the reorder slip in your checkbook.
  • Funds Transfer: Move your money among your GE Credit Union accounts or transfers funds to other people or institutions with just a few keystrokes.
  • Email Alerts: Get an email notification when your balance is low, a payment is due, and more. Sign up for this valuable service by clicking the "Mobile Banking and Alerts" sub-tab under the "Accounts" tab inside Online Banking.

Bill Payer is a FREE service with all GE Credit Union checking accounts.

With Bill Payer, you'll find it faster and easier to manage your bills. Our Bill Payer puts your key tasks all on one screen:

  • View eBills, set automatic payments and more right within an “Options” window for each payee.
  • See exactly when each bill is due with an at-a-glance status next to every payee.
  • Customize your payee list view with the “Hide” feature.
  • Track how much you paid on past bills with the payment pop-up on the amount field.

To apply for Bill Payer, you must log into Online Banker and complete the Bill Payer Online Application. (A GE Credit Union checking account is needed to use the Bill Payer service.)
