This fee applies to all share accounts for members aged 18–59. Ages 17 or younger and 60 years or older are exempt. VISA and loan statements are exempt.
To avoid this charge, sign up for eStatements. It's easy! Here's how:
First, enroll in Online Banker.

If you are currently using CALL 24, you may register for Online Banker using your primary share account number as your username and your CALL 24 PIN as your password. You will then be prompted to set up a new username and password.

If you are not using CALL 24, call 800.992.8472 during business hours to sign up for Online Banker and receive a username and password.
Next, log in to Online Banker and sign up for eStatements.

Log in to Online Banker from our homepage and select Online Statements from the Additional Options tab.

Read and Accept the Electronic Signature Act Disclosure.

Complete the required information and then click I AGREE.
That's it, you're done!
You'll stop getting paper statements in about 45 days. Instead, each month you will receive an email notification when your statement is ready for viewing online.
